In both the NY Times an CNN count the bulk of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm are in. The % in numbers are not acurate and are confusing because is that % of votes cast or % of precincts and they dont bother to update those because they ae working so hard to keep the results numbers updated. But both of those sites have already counted 2.1 million votes from those three counties.
