Well if true that Trumps Campaign Manager is making excuses, it’s pretty much over.
According to the count in Ohio, 120,000 people voted for Clinton and Portman (so far). Machine fix is in.

Just got the word on Twitter and Reddit that the reason for the disparity is that Broward County just dropped all their early votes and the rest of the state has not. It’s not over yet. Hang in there.
