Trump is 16,000 votes behind Hillary in Maine. I have not seen a breakdown between CD-1 and CD-2. CD-2 is more rural and votes may come in later. Also, CD-1 could be going 30,000 votes to Hillary which could mean Trump is ahead by 14,000 in CD-2
