Yes, and in addition, of those not voting for Trump, a much larger percent are not voting at all. Black voters came out in droves to vote for the first black, but they are not nearly as enthusiastic about the first woman.

I think it might be nice to combine election day with Veteran’s Day. It’s what they all fought for.

But a better idea would be to combine it with Tax Day. I’d love to see people voting on April 15 when their taxes are due. It would remind them of what their elected officials are doing.

I wonder how much of the late “movement’ in 1980 was just bias in the early polls? If it wasn’t really “movement” the we could end up with a big surprise tomorrow despite early voting.

I am heartened by the appearance of Obama who looks somewhat down but I thought Obama looked somewhat down in 2012.

“CHOICE killed ~36,000,000 future American citizens in this amount of time.”

True, but I suspect at least 85% of them would have grown up to be demonrats, oops, I mean democrats.

” I wouldn’t put all those early democrat votes in Hillary’s column yet.”
Exactly what I was thinking. Party registration is all they have to go on in guessing at early voting. No way of knowing who the voted for.

I thought B5 seasons 3 and 4 was some of the best television ever made—amazing adrenaline rush for hour after hour when you binge with the videos.

We don’t. There are many people whose lives prevent them from going to the poll on election day. What we need is a Constitutional Amendment that makes election tampering a capital offense.

I’ll accept it if a democrat wins an honest election. If anyone wins a rigged election, I want to see those responsible up against the wall.

When B5 was on my now in ‘grad-school-soon-to-be-married’ daughter was a toddler and the ‘monsters’ on B5 scared her. So my wife wouldn’t let me watch B5. The show was rebroadcast again when my daughter was in middle school or early high school (I forget which!). Then she watched it with me and loved it! She later got me all 5 seasons for Christmas and my birthday. Now whenever she visits we have a daddy-daughter time of marathon B5 watching. It’s great!

And I agree a fantastic show to me the Sci-Fi ever on television! For me the order of Sci-Fi quality is B5, FarScape, Firefly, Star Trek: TOS, Space Above and Beyond (Unfortunately script quality rapidly collapsed late in the first season then became unwatchable! I loved it premise!), Star Trek: Enterprise (Again script quality collapsed to unwatchable!) Star Trek:DS9.

I was for Reagan against Ford and voted for Carter in 1976, just to get even.

On Oct 12 he told a listener to ignore the polls because they are designed to convince you its over. It on his Web page. Yet he will cite polls when they support his position.

No.

The real difference is that Reagan helped bury his own movement by naively trusting the Democrats with amnesty.

Demographics have changed. California is lost.

Demographics have changed dramatically since 1980.

California was still part of America instead of the 3rd world. It voted for Reagan.
