WIKILEAKS DISCOVERS THE SMOKING GUN–
The Clinton Campaign discussed destroying email evidence after story broke nationally that Hillary Clinton had an illegal homebrew server for her emails.

On March 2, 2015 The New York Times reported that Hillary Clinton used a personal email server as Secretary of State.

On March 2, 2015 Hillary Clinton’s top aide and attorney wrote John Podesta that “we are going to have to dump all those emails.”

They are finally busted.

I think you get ammunity for being cooperative and open. This suggests criminality not probably offered up to the FBI and would probably be a case for the nullification of her immunity based on withholding evidence from the FBI. Thanks. The constitution talks of the possibility of criminal trial after an impeachment, but an impeachment trial is only for removal from office.

The only doubts about the meaning of “dump” are such as a jury should be allowed to decide....

At this point, their best option is a Trump victory. Then they can work to pull down President Trump, and the Clintons will slip into the background. Frankly, if Trump wins, Obama could pardon the Clintons in December, and the vast majority of Americans would breathe a sigh of relief.

Which is exactly why they should leave her twisting in the wind and not indict her until January 21, 2017. This needs to be ended for good. Tear them all down. Jail them all. Salt the earth. These Clintons and their minions are like Herpes and America needs to be rid of them for good or they'll just flare up again at a later date.

I think what is happening is Comey is trying to prevent a complete collapse of the government. Therefore, he has told Obama what to expect if he doesn't cooperate. They'll let him keep his "historic" presidency, but he better fall in line.

Some Judge on Fox (Napolitano, maybe?) just yesterday said you cannot be impeached for something you did BEFORE being elected.

But if she's indicted with 132 indictments or some such, can she be impeached for:

"The requirements to impeach a president are found in Article II, Section IV of the Constitution. It states that the President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors."

If it has to be while in office, we'll just wait. She won't disappoint. .

That was my thought, however, the actions that followed were a massive cleansing, not exposing. For them to say, “I TOLD THEM TO DUMP THE EMAILS TO THE PUBLIC,” means that Hillary did just the opposite.

Sure, `trying to predict the leftist spin is a time honored game around here’, but there’s a difference between saying “This is how they will spin it” and saying, I disagree that “dump” means delete.

It reminds me of other things discussed here, like Obama’s legitimacy, and whether Hillary had the debate questions before hand and whether the `rats were behind the assaults on Trump supporters at rallies, and a lot of other things where we had some here saying. “You’re nuts”.

I’m not saying let’s strive for an echo chamber, but as far as I’m concerned, the concerned `devil’s advocates’ can go to ....
If there is a way for the `rats to hook or crook, they do it. How long does it take to learn this lesson?
