SMOKING GUN! Wikileaks Email Shows Intent to Destroy Emails After Reports on Secret Email Server

Nov 1st, 2016 11:10 am Leave a Comment

WIKILEAKS DISCOVERS THE SMOKING GUN–
The Clinton Campaign discussed destroying email evidence after story broke nationally that Hillary Clinton had an illegal homebrew server for her emails.

On March 2, 2015 The New York Times reported that Hillary Clinton used a personal email server as Secretary of State.

On March 2, 2015 Hillary Clinton’s top aide and attorney wrote John Podesta that “we are going to have to dump all those emails.”

They are finally busted.
Congratulations, Wikileaks. You did it.

“... “dump” could just as easily be interpreted as “publicly release”...”

In MY world, “dump” means throw away, discard, throw into the trash...

Doesn’t perjury nullify an immunity agreement?

I still don’t see how a mention of them planning to delete the e-mails is worse than actually deleting the 33,000 e-mails. If there was nothing on there but wedding plans, why would anyone feel the need to hide such innocuous e-mails from the FBI? The deletion WAS the smoking gun, and she was let go because she was Too Big to Jail.

In the context, obviously “dump” means release to public or investigators.

Well, trying to predict the leftist spin is a time honored game around here, so it doesn’t necessarily make the poster an agent... but some of them are.

Depends on what the meaning of the word “dump” is. Doesn’t sound quite right. Hitlery will have to get with Bill to work this out.

“That is end of the Republic stuff.”

Only if the legal actions are groundless. If real crimes were committed, they should not be forgiven for the sake of peaceful transition.

The idea that some high level politicians should be above the law is absurd. Our justice system is already equipped to weed out politically motivated prosecutions.

In fact, since people keep bringing up the pardon of Nixon as an example of pardoning a crime in the interest of peaceful transition, I will offer another explanation:

I suggest the pardon of Nixon was the opposite: it was the recognition that Nixon’s involvement in the underlying crime was virtually nonexistent, and exclusively a politically motivated hit job. So the pardon of Nixon was not a pardon but rather the acknowledgement that there was nothing to pardon.

That’s the way these ‘pardons’ are supposed to work, not as a way for politicians to escape justice from real crimes.

It reminds me of the idea of some banks supposedly being “too big to fail”.

Are some criminals “too big to jail”?

I don’t think so.

That’s not the purpose of a political pardon. The purpose of a political pardon is to protect a relatively innocent man, such as Richard Nixon, from any further politically motivated destruction than had already been unfairly meted out to him. NOT to protect actual criminals like the Clintons from the justice they so richly deserve.

Nonsense. If Hillary wins, Obama will pardon her whole crew anyway. The Dems must be terrified of Trump winning, in which case the Hillary trial continues unabated and then their party really gets dragged through the mud like we did with Nixon.

We didn’t need 20 years to get back in the White House after Nixon either.

Yes Yes Yes.....

With the number of demmodopes dropping Hitlery on their friends listing, alleged today, could the end be near for hitlery???

Reminds me of a presidential appointee I worked for. He was under fire for being a jerk. He walked into the senior staff meeting at 4PM and said I heard the rumors of my leaving, I’ll leave when I am good and ready to leave. Seems by 8AM the next day he was ready!!!

Just about everyone in the sentient world believes Comey had a detachment from reality when he announced that having a private, illegal, unsecured server, having 33,000 deleted emails, and having evidence of multiple lies on the subject, did not provide evidence of intent.

Now, we have a Clinton insider team saying that the emails need to be dumped.

One would hope that Comey has come to his senses.

Oh my. Thank you.

The law is the law. The Beltway, not just Comey, Lynch and Congress - the whole Beltway is complicit in this criminal enterprise and ignoring the rule of law. This has to stop.

We're either a nation of laws or we are not.

Nope. Please release for public reading means release for public reading.

Dump means dump the evidence.

Switzerland doesn’t have an extradition treaty with the US. Hence why Marc Rich could never be brought to justice and why Clinton pardoned him for cash.

Is he ‘good rush’ today or ‘bad rush’.

We had ‘bad judge pirro’ over the weekend. I don’t really want to deal with ‘bad rush’ on a week such as this.

It was ok for her to set up a personal server. It wasn’t ok to transmit classified information over it though.

But to tell the truth, it sounds like State does this sh!t all the time. They claim they are always talking with foreign nationals and stuff that don’t fit into a classification scheme.

Pardons do not affect impeachments.

A removal from office can still go forward.
