It looks like the population of NC went up 200,000 from 2012 to 2014. Not sure about 2014 to 2016. Romney’s margin of victory was about 92,000.
PA was 4 behind OH in 2012. So more likely he would win it by 1 point if that ratio holds.

The Governor was on the air today on the local radio station and he had two things that made huge impacts, and he’s been working on getting the word out.
1) The state fought Obamacare, and the Democrat Attorney General (who is running against him for Governor) refused to do his job and represent the state in their efforts, and so they had to hire a private law firm.
2) The state is working with Obama on disaster relief after Hurricane Matthew and with the Trump/Pence campaign to work on future relief efforts, but the Clinton/Insane ticket refused to help.
Funny one was “The NCAA can bother to cancel games because of who uses bathrooms, but doesn’t care about the lives of their fans, and refused to cancel a game (between NC State and Notre Dame) and ended up killing one of their fans.”
