Just got done communicating with the folks at PPD poll. They too show a drop in Trump support today, almost exclusively the result of a decrease in voter intensity for Trump. That is, the media is creating a self fulfilling prophecy amongst Trump supporters. I see it here every day with the defeatest posts, the incessant whining over this or that. It's time to cut the defeatism and do whatever we can above and beyond what we are already doing to bring Trump home. This place has been a depressing forum the last weekend. So think twice about your defeatism if you intend to spread it because the cucks in the media are having their intended effect on the electorate. Go Trump! MAGA!
Agreed.
Folks, everyone has to remember three things:
1. Hillary always polls better on the weekends. It happens every weekend, she pulls slightly ahead or even, then Trump moves back during the week.
2. This election just feels like the Brexit vote. Remember, every poll had the remain well ahead, some as much as 10 points. We know how that turned out.
3. Pollsters are all using 2008 and 2012 turnout models for their polls. So far in the early voting, I am not seeing that type of Democrat coalition turning out. For example, in North Carolina, African-American turnout is down substantially from 2012. If the electorate does not look like 2008 and 2012 (which it most likely will not), you can toss almost every poll out the window. Every poll is assuming a D+6 or higher turnout model. If the electorate is more Republican (or independent heavy pro-Trump), the outcome will be very different.
Ignore Beck, Levin, Limbaugh...
I do believe it will be a landslide for Trump. You can sse it in the rallies.
Just got talkin with da ‘folks’ at the PPD eh?
Well ain’t you special!
True statisticians don’t get into political polls because 90% non-response rates renders every last one of them a stew of excrement roasted over a bed of lies.
Overheard conversations at barber shops and beauty salons are orders of magnitude more reliable.
Already done with 8 years of POSOTUS.
Great post BTW.
Re: every day on fb”
Me too. Have been for about a year.
1. I do not post on friends / family who are supporting Hillary. It does no good. Ignore them — it’s too late to influence their opinions, and trying will only cause problems.
2. I post info. links that I think people have not seen. Lately, the Project Veritas and Wikileaks. It is not only your friends who are exposed — some will be shared to their friends.
3. I post humor and pictures that nail it.
4. I am trying to get the NeverHillary off Johnson and on the Trump Train, with posts about how dangerous Clinton would be in the WH. Not with direct confrontation, but with information.
Ignore all media
Get Out The Vote
I would like to make call in a swing state. I did that last election, I downloaded numbers in ohio, but I didn’t see the info on Trump website. I live in a very conservative area in Texas so I would rather make calls where it is needed. Do you have a link or info?
We must work doubly hard to get the word out to counter the msm propaganda. Please use social media, talk to everyone you know, contribute, volunteer etc.
True, propaganda works, but it can also defeat itself. Already when the first "bimbo eruptions" appeared Scott Adams wrote that the number of "silent Trump voters" will now triple.
Clearly, if you have decided to vote or have voted, why go to the trouble and answer another biased poll?
I admit, it can be dangerous, because it may reduce the real enthusiasm for Trump, but it can also fool the opposition that Trump really is down, when he isn't.
Here here!!
DAMN THE POLLS, FULL SPEED AHEAD!!!!!
Are you kidding? Look at his crowds, and also, people are not tuning in to the media as they are sick of them, think Hillary is a crook.
I think their narrative and poll rigging may very well suppress Dem turnout.
Why go if it is already won?
In each poll there is demonstrably more enthusiasm by Trump voters.
In the heavily oversampled Reuters poll that has her up 4 last week (Dem +14) Obama’s approval is about 50%. Assuming that this is skewed by oversample as well, his approval is actually much less. Since she is running as the “incumbent” as far as policy and Trump as the challenger and change candidate, Obama’s poor approval is a positive indicator for Trump.
Also, it is very unlikely that Clinton will have the same African American turnout as Obama did (nearly impossible, I would think) nor would the Dem +6 turnout occur this time as it did in 2012. I don’t know, obviously, what it would be but I would guess it would be lower than for the relatively popular (among Dems) Obama.
I guess I have a lot more fortitude and stronger convictions than some folks that can’t be even exposed to the opposition or any negative news. Turn negative news into action!
Like I just posted, I have strong convictions and confidence so I can handle looking at bad polls or hearing negative comments. I don’t understand what the problem is.
I just sampled a small bit and I like it!
OPERATION #STOPSOROS #STOPTHESTEAL #HOLDBACKTHENIGHT #DRAINTHESWAMP
DAMN THE MSM NARRATIVE, FULL SPEED AHEAD!!! GO TRUMP/PENCE!!!
Trying to depress the Trump vote
polls will start changing in 10 days they do not want to look like complete fools
Than again maybe not this year there all in for Hillary and everyone knows it
