Yes, you are correct, and I don’t believe claiming you were unaware that someone who let you have sex with them was underage , is a legal defense. In this instance that’s very unlikely, as Clinton knew he was “doing” a young girl, that was the thrill in it for this sick POS.
Of course for Clinton it would depend on what the definition of “rape “ is. He would argue that because even a young girl allowed him to soil her, that wasn’t really rape.
