How could Hillary not mention the Constitution in her answer?

Anyone who does not/will not support Trump take note.

She wants a political court which legislates her progressive policies from the bench. Nowhere does she say, imply or infer she wants a Supreme Court which decides cases based on the Constitution. She wants a court that

1. understands the way the world really works,
2. understands what people are up against.
3. Changes direction ["the current court has gone in the wrong direction"]
4. reverses Citizens United and gets dark unaccountable money out of our politics.
5. Concentrates on voting rights and minorities ["voting rights are a big problem in many parts of the country. That we don't always do everything we can to make it possible for people of color and older people and young people to be able to exercise their franchise"].
6. sticks with Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to choose.......sticks with marriage equality.
7. does not side with corporate interests.
8. Decides the wealthy do not have the same rights as everyone else. ["understands because you are wealthy and you can give more money to something doesn't’t mean you have more rights or should have any more rights than anything else"----a lie, BTW]

Anyone willing to take this country in this direction is a fool. A President Clinton & GOP Senate majority will be the same as a President Clinton and a Democrat Senate majority. How many times have we heard "the President deserves his nominees (or at least a hearing)." McConnell might flap his wings, but in the end what is best for DC far outweighs what is best for the rest of the country.

We know what she wants. "...a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders..." If the never-Trumpers or those with sensitive ears are willing to make her dreams a reality, God help us.

For me this is what this election is all about.

For both sides. I'm sure there are as many people who will vote for Clinton because of Supreme Court appointments as there are those who will vote for Trump for the same reason.

If Hillary is elected, I fully expect Ruth Bader Ginsburg to resign on Inauguration Day. I'm frankly surprised she didn't resign while Obama was President, because the Republicans in the Senate sure wouldn't have been any great opposition to most anyone he'd pick to replace her.

But then, if this one issue gets a million or two folks out of their houses to vote for Trump, that would work for me!
