This is how he comes across to me as an alien viewer so to speak ... he looks and sounds like a vice president and Kaine looks and sounds like a congressman for some district that hasn’t figured out why all the people left.

Pence is playing it superbly. He does not want to lower himself to kaines bitch level. The moderator is also doing fine. It’s up to the candidates to ask for rebuttal and she is not offering one.
