LOL! Good point.
Took my grandson to Chicago about ten years ago. Made sure we went to Ditka’s restaurant. Food was excellent and really enjoyed seeing all the pics and history. Impressive coach that this generation knows nothing about.
Good thing Mike doesn’t work for ESPN or they’d fire him.

Well, he wears Castro tshirts. He should move to Cuba.
I think about that every single time I see or hear his name. Every. Single. Time.
Tomi lahren. Used to be on OANN. Then joined Beck’s blaze.
His restaurant serves the best Sunday Brunch, I have ever had anywhere. Real manly spread. Make sure you are hungry when you go, if it is still open.
Trump is -6 in Illinois. He needs to do a BIG rally in Chi-town with Ditka - he’ll win the state.
Go Ditka! I’ve always liked him.
gotta love Iron Mike.
Love that Mike! A great conservative!
I wish he would have run for the Illinois state senate back in the day as we were all hoping he would.
He would have beaten the pants off of relatively unknown Chicago community organizer and political street pimp, Barak Ocommie, and maybe things would be.......

It was many years ago when I took my grandson and two other 15 year olds. None of them had ever been to Chicago. The two friends were from a very small town in Kansas had never flown, ridden on a train, in a cab, on a trolley or seen so many high rises in one place.
Was Thanksgiving weekend, kettle bell ringers were out, the city was decorated and Christmas music was playing in the stores. Grandson spent one afternoon and a lot of Granny’s money in North Face. We went to all the museums, ate dinner at a “real” Italian restaurant and went to the top of the John Hancock Tower.
Remember that there were people actually smoking in the restaurant and the boys went out shopping by themselves one night. The Wharf had pretty much closed down for the winter but did take them to what little was open.
Doubt if we ever go back but do have wonderful memories of the area.

That sounds magical——I love doing city “stuff”.

Christmas is a magic time. Made lots of memories for everyone and the kiddos - now mostly grown young men at 25 - still talk about it.
Ditka = MAN
Kaepernick = boy
Mike Ditka and Chuck Norris are BFF.
Bobby Knight is already on record too........
da coach!
Loved him when he coached my Bears, all the way to the Super Bowl win. Enjoyed the heck out of him when I saw him speak a few years back.
No nonsense, no bullcrap, just straight up.
