There is something really strange – unnerving, actually – with the way Hillary Clinton’s eyeballs move out of sync with one another during a speech she gave at Temple University on Monday. As I noted yesterday, she was spotted being helped up some stairs at the event.
Eagle-eyed John Binder of The American Mirror spotted the anomalous eyeballs and put together a video of the moments when the left eye detached from the right eye and moved independently.

Aren’t the glasses she wore following the concussion a “Fresnel prism” lens ? As far as I know, those are designed to treat double vision in the aftermath of a brain injury.
It must be terribly frustrating not having your eyes in sync but she just powers through it.
Anyone who needs to be president this badly isn’t mentally healthy enough to be president.

I’ve had an eye sync problem all my life that no one seems to know what to do.
When you mess with a video it no longer constitutes incontestable evidence. Delays and loops can make any micro behavior appear odd or crazy. I am unpersuaded that the neurological/eye issue is definitively there, though anything that diminishes a Clinton candidacy is a plus in my book.
My just told me that is what my eyes were doing after my appendix ruptured and I refused to go in for treatment for a week. I ended up with a high fever and became septic after the infection started traveling through my blood stream. I started turning funny colors, I had vertigo and my eyes got screwed up. My wife finally said that if I didn't go to the hospital she was going to shoot me herself and put me out of my misery.
She says I am now an honorary woman because I have a scar that goes from hip bone to hip bone where they pulled out all my intestines out so they could wash out my entire infected abdominal cavity. I was told that if it were not for several hours of tedious nasty smelling surgery and modern antibiotics that I would be dead.
Maybe Hillary fell down and cracked her scull and had to wear funny glasses because something is giving her vertigo. Maybe her doctor should ask her if her tummy hurts.

Hillary’s head bobbing seems strange too. I have seen that same head bobbing with my late father in law who had Parkinson’s

That movement isn’t under her control. Its an involuntary manifestation caused by her prior head injury or some neurological disorder.
She can’t stop house.
All seem quite plausible, but there may indeed be a more sinister explanation, as null and void incisively and humorously speculates:
Demon possession is very real and very scary to those who willingly open themselves to it. Typically, demons offer supernatural power in return for personal control, and it's long been obvious that Hillary's distinctive and insatiable thirst for power appears to be practically all-consuming in her. Who knows?
Parkinson’s is possible—also some stroke victims show these types of symptoms.
I think that she may be having “mini-strokes”.
