1. Nobody is going to come out against it.
2. Congress is never going to pass it, so Trump will never be in a position to sign it.
I’m not sure what you’re trying to say, really.
But I give you credit for trying.
This subject seems to be toxic and no one wants to talk about it.
Are there any other federal mandates you would like to see imposed on business owners?
Another entitlement. Let them do it on the private level, not through government. Ivanka needs to campaign in person, not through this worthless crap. Another law, as if we do not have enough?
Whenever super rich people come up with ideas to help average people they come up with nonsense... basically every time. We certainly do not need another entitlement to be paid for by small business.
If Trump can’t get elected, its President Hillary, Joe, Tim, or Fauxohantas. Just remember that.
I watched the speech and while I’m not usually in favor of adding more requirements for employers I do like the idea of tax credits. Anytime people get to keep more of their own money to take care of themselves and those they love I’m for it. I think using the existing unemployment fund to support this idea is a good approach and with the right limits it should work out. The big problem we’ve had is Obama has abused the unemployment system by extending unemployment beyond anything reasonable. I’d like to see unemployment be something that is tied to individuals where they accrue it and can use it up to the maximum contributed on their behalf by their employer but that is another topic altogether. I’ve never used unemployment in my entire life something that I’m thankful for.
The issue will resonate with undecided women and minorities, but will never be passed to any extent by Congress....and the campaign brain trust knows it. So let's relax.
In the meantime, he snatched the issue right out from under the missing Hitlery, leaving her grasping and gasping for air as she bemoans the fact that this was HER issue.

Today in Aston Pennsylvania candidate Donald Trump outlined an innovative plan to bring federal tax policies in line with the needs of today’s families. The plan is not for the wealthy, but rather specifically targeted to provide the biggest benefit to working and middle-class families.
According to the proposal, the plan is needed because child care expenses are now one of the largest expenses in many families. This complicates a family’s decision on how to care for young children.
The Trump tax reforms and policy proposals will allow a family to make the choice of whether a parent should work outside the home or not without bias from the tax code. Having employed and empowered thousands of women at every level throughout his entire career, Donald Trump understands the needs of the modern workforce.
Here’s a summary of the outline:
Proposals Contained In Mr. Trump Child Care Plan
PROPOSAL #1 : The Trump plan will rewrite the tax code to allow working parents to deduct from their income taxes child care expenses for up to four children and elderly dependents.
PROPOSAL #2 : The Trump plan would create new Dependent Care Savings Accounts (DCSAs) so that families can set aside extra money to foster their children’s development and offset elder care for their parents or adult dependents.
These new accounts are available to everyone, and allow both tax-deductible contributions and tax-free appreciation year-to-year-unlike current law Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), which are available only if it is offered by an employer and does not allow balances to accumulate.
PROPOSAL #3 : Mr. Trump’s plan will provide regulatory reform to promote new family-based and community-based solutions, and also add incentives for employers to provide child care at the workplace. The ability to set aside funds will be particularly helpful to women, low-income workers and minorities, who are statistically more likely to reduce time working outside the home in order to provide unpaid care.
PROPOSAL #4 : The Trump plan will guarantee six weeks of paid maternity leave by amending the existing unemployment insurance (UI) that companies are required to carry. The benefit would apply only when employers don’t offer paid maternity leave, and would be paid for by offsetting reductions in the program so that taxes are not raised. This enhancement will triple the average paid leave received by new mothers.

Donald J. Trump’s Plan Is More Complete Than Hillary Clinton’s Plan
Point One: Hillary Clinton does not have a plan to provide relief to most Americans faced with high child care costs. She claims she wants to cap a family’s child care expense at 10 percent of income, but provides no details. The Trump plan would provide relief to every working- and middle-income earner who has child care expenses. For example, the Trump plan would reduce taxes by $840 per year a family for earning $70,000 per year in the 12 percent tax bracket with $7,000 in child care expenses; Hillary Clinton’s plan would provide no relief to this family.
Point Two: Hillary Clinton prefers institutional child care that does not meet the needs of workers in rural areas or who have schedules that require working on a night shift or on call. The Trump plan would give states the flexibility to establish standards that fit the needs of state residents without compromising quality.
Point Three: Hillary Clinton would force businesses to pay for 12 weeks of fully-paid family leave at their expense. The Trump plan proposes 6 weeks of partial pay through the existing Unemployment Insurance system, fully paid for within the program.

It seems they would have to legally as long as gay marriage is legal:
‘The benefits would be available in the same way that the IRS currently recognizes same-sex couples: if the marriage is recognized under state law, then it is recognized under federal law,’ the answer reads.
This is about the womens vote for Trump.
His poll numbers are going go up.
I was going to vote for Trump with reservations, but this has pushed me back to not voting for either camp. Not going to vote for a big government, more regulations, more taxes candidate just because he has R in front of his name.
Yes you do! There is no such thing as "globalist economics". Economic principles are the same economics no matter how you look at them. Macro vs micro is a big liberal lie/delusion designed to allow them to put their fat fingers on the scales!
It's the same earth sustained by the invisible hand of God. There is nothing new under the sun. You shall reap what you sow.
Proverbs 11:1
A false balance is abomination to the Lord: but a just weight is his delight.
Another Trump hit piece. Why don’t you post another article extolling the virtues of a Hillary Presidency and how great she is?
Trump reached out to black voters, and it worked. He certainly doesn’t have more than half of blacks, but he has a good percentage of those who work, and it’s more than any other republican since 1960. Trump also has the most motivated black voters.
If his outreach to working mothers is effective, he could peel off one of the few remaining large liberal voting blocks. I’m not thrilled with his proposal, but it’s not terrible either. The important thing is a Trump win in November. Everything else is trivial compared with stopping Hillary.
