Rush Limbaugh thinks that there are two separate videos of Hillary Clinton stumbling into her car — but one of them is a fake.
Limbaugh came upon this idea apparently because the radio host does not understand that, often, pirated videos will appear on YouTube having been mirrored, or flipped, from the original source.
Limbaugh said:
In the first video, the van approaches from the left. So what they want you to believe is that they’ve simply flipped this to show you a new angle. But you can’t flip the video. I mean, you can play a video backwards, forwards, but it doesn’t change the angle you’re looking at. The footage is identical.
The second video purports to show a new angle. And this new angle shows Hillary in even greater distress, or I should say gives you a better view of the distress, than the first video. But what is intriguing to me is that nobody seems to have noticed that it can’t be the same video. How can, in one video, the van approach from the left and the door on the right side of the van open and Mrs. Clinton gets in. In the next video, same setting, but the van approaches from the right with the street being on the left of it. And then the door opens in the van, which would be the left side of the van and then Mrs. Clinton gets in.
And all of the people in the video appear to be properly placed, and they appear to be reversed, lapel pins are on the opposite lapel in the second video. It’s a really great trick, but the second video can’t be — one of the two can’t be real.

The video was flipped so that it would gain new viewers who would think it was a different video on YouTube. I didn’t notice it at first until I watched the bald guy and realized it was just a mirrored video.

No, he said the video from ‘a different angle’ was just the original reversed and there was no way to determine any new info from it. He says that stuff happens all the time, in this case it was reversed and zoomed in a bit to appear different. That’s all.
This is embarrassing.
Fake as in “to fake out,” to feint.
The mirror image is put up, to get people talking about it and then to present the “expose’” that it is incorrect.
Somehow it is not seemly to hop all over Rush about this. Nor is it seemly to hop all over Rush about some headline writer’s misrepresentation.

Lots of people flip the video when they reposted in on YT to avoid their copyright bot bulling the video when the owner decided to claim it.

That’s what u get for relying on a biased report. Listen to Rush in full and you’ll know what he’s talking about. This guy just took bits and pieces and made his own story.
That is not what he said. He said it was a reversed image video someone made so they could sell the new video as a different view. He called it a hoax. Why are you saying this? Check the transcript.

That is exactly right and what he said; I was listening live. He was not fooled, he was calling them out on THEIR LIE on THEM saying it was another angle. He knew what he was talking about.

There are ONLY two videos. But one of them had two different online versions, one of them is the mirror image reversed by someone’s cell phone OR on purpose by computer.
The reason they sometimes reverse a video is to avoid havving it scrubbed from the internet. To the computer software that ‘scrubs’ the internet, it looks like a different video.
The videos of the car heading to the right, on the right side of the road are the originals. There is a REVERSED copy of one of them online, that shows what would be a car on the wrong side of the road heading toward the left (wrong way on the wrong side of the road) THAT ONE is the reversed one.
