Limbaugh's off his game. There actually was a true second video taken, that was temporarily up on Drudge, along with the two mirror image vids.
He must have heard all the chatter, and by the time he looked, only the two mirror imaged videos remained. He probably didn't realize that people were discussing a true second video, which he could have easily found on YouTube anyway.
For some clarification, lots of people initially assumed it was taken by another cell cam from another angle because that is what the video caption on top stated. And many times events such as this are captured from different angles, because everyone has a cell cam.☺ See the top caption below on the video in question.
