It’s the height of irony that she was running against an opponent named Bernie and now it appears she will continue to run in the same condition as the Bernie from the movie “Weekend at Bernies”

Interestingly, Sanders renounced his Democrat Party affiliation right after losing the nomination and went back to being an Independent.
That would be more ammunition for the party to invoke that vote to suspend, since Sanders has left the party.

Can't say I know the insides of their electoral process, but I believe I read that if the nominee could not continue the race. the one with the second most votes will replace them.

They held her up by both arms and they still had trouble propping her up when she collapsed completely before the van door..... this is big-time medical emergency! They should have taken her straight to the hospital, but they didn’t due to the “bad optics” — putting campaign facade ahead of her health, once again.
