OK this is just plain stupid...it is a way to identify someone just like you would by saying the color of a persons hair or color of eyes...........What if blondes are offended and do not want their hair color mentioned.....this PC stuff has to end. “Pathways to Diversity and Inclusion” , give me a break, time to grow up
