The IRS would shake down ordinary taxpayers for a few hundred dollars, but ignore millions in patent tax fraud by the Clinton Foundation.

Well, not to be a naysayer, but with today’s mainstream media democrat praetorian guards, it could be found out that the Clinton’s were buying live infants for Hillary to eat and the MSM would yawn, ignore it, and still go after Trump.

Chas Ortel is by far, the single most accurate, diligent, and astute documentor of the activities of the Clinton Foundation. He has done the work himself and virtually everyone else is second hand info, all of which derives from Ortel’s work. He is a legitimate forensic accountant, CPA, with extensive experience in charity fraud and charity reporting requirements. State vs Federal.

If you want to know what the CF is really about and get an idea of exactly which laws were broken (not just “that’s scummy and should be illegal!”) I strongly recommend his work. Every other piece of reporting I have seen derives from Ortel’s work.

” the Clinton family’s mega-charity took in more than $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013 but spent just $9 million on direct aid. That’s because the organization spent the vast bulk of its windfall on “administration, travel, salaries and bonuses”, with the fattest payouts going to family friends.”

It is what we have been saying for years.

‘Charity Navigator’ which is a site I use when deciding if something is legit before I donate, gives their ‘foundation’ a very, VERY poor rating.

As if I’d EVER give them a dime, but still...

Until Trump gets in and replaces the criminals at the Dept. of Just Us, nothing will get done. This is what Benghazi and Slick Willy are more afraid of than the Email controversy.

If we don’t wrest at least a modicum of control over our government that this criminal cabal (Obama, Soros, Clinton and yes even the Bush families) holds, we are truly done. The rule of law ceased to exist. It is probably too late.

Great post. I took some time reading it and came away feeling sick, even knowing what I was going to see. A couple of these grifters in a position of power covering for the others is all it took for this thing to take root.

$140 million in, $9 million out for actual charity, the rest spent on "administration". $131 million worth of administration. And the people who were entrusted with shutting this sort of abuse down are do deeply involved themselves that they risk prison for doing their jobs. Truly a criminal empire.

Why is the Clinton Foundation located in Canada instead of in the US?

...digging through the foundation's numbers can not have been easy, considering that the nation’s most influential charity watchdog put the Clinton Foundation on its “watch list” of problematic nonprofits in 2015. Furthermore, the Clinton family’s mega-charity took in more than $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013 but spent just $9 million on direct aid. That's because the organization spent the vast bulk of its windfall on "administration, travel, salaries and bonuses", with the fattest payouts going to family friends.

: “It seems like the Clinton Foundation operates as a slush fund for the Clintons,” said Bill Allison, a senior fellow at the Sunlight Foundation, a government watchdog group where progressive Democrat and Fordham Law professor Zephyr Teachout was once an organizing director.

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act-

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering, and it allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because he did not actually commit the crime personally.[1]
