Link attached in Twitter post.
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
Ms. Van Susterens husband, John P. Coale, said in a phone interview on Tuesday that his wife exercised what is known as key man clause on Friday, which allowed her to leave if Mr. Ailes was not in control.
He said, Theres so much chaos, its very hard to work there. He said the timing of her departure with the announcement of the settlement with Ms. Carlson was a coincidence.
Asked about why she had exercised the key man clause, he said, Theres more than meets the eye and that there might be litigation in the future so he did not want to talk further.
Catherine Herridge is still there. But, she’s a reporter.
Jennifer Griffin...has become a Clinton butt kisser, big time...can’t tolerate her any longer...
when Hillary’s polls were in her favor, Jennifer had all smiles...
when things shift, she become very somber.
REALLY MISS ED HENRY, HAVE SEEN HIM SEVERAL TIMES, BUT NOT FOLLOWING TRUMP OR HILLARY...HOPE HIS HOME LIFE SURVIVED AND HE CAN RETURN TO THE GREAT JOURNALIST HE ALWAYS WAS..
Thanks for the information. I wondered what was going on and figured it had something to do with Ailes leaving. It was unfortunate that she did, though. I trust her, and she’s not a drama queen like Shep or Megan (sp)!
She gave notice, and assumed they’d transition gradually. Instead, because they’re spiteful & vindictive, they pulled the plug immediately.
What better way to keep the rest of the talent in line, than to be aggressive & hostile to someone like Greta? It’s a warning across the bow of O’Reilly & Hannity, who also both have escape clauses that could be invoked with Ailes departure.
He’s not in the closet. He’s been very open about it.
Yes, Jennifer Griffin is a huge Clinton supporter. She seems to have become a big fan after traveling with Clinton during the early & mid summer.
JG does not really try to hide it.
Greta and Judge Jeanine really went to bat for Ailes. The judge basically called Carlson a liar. What I think is going on is both of them were too old for Ailes to put the hit on. But he did. She has him on tape. Andrea Tantaros also turned him in for sexual harassment. Now do I think Carlson deserved 20 million dollars because the boss tried to take her out and she turned him down, hell no. What a joke. By the CNN is trying to tar and feather Trump for having Ailes as an unpaid consultant. Donna Lemon was doing just that tonight.
In this order Dobbs, Hannity, Watters, Bolling. All are big time Trump supporters. Fox is fast becoming an extension of MSNBC with all the firings of female conservatives.
Nothing closet about it. He thinks Trump is an idiot and only the well-connected snob RINOs like him and Krauthammer know who should be elected president. Those two and George Will ain’t worth a warm bucket of spit.
What, what, what??? What about Ed’s home life?
He's a father.
I couldn't agree more. Good point about Juan never doing any research... it shows. Every time one of the other FNC people mention some FACT that is pro-conservative, Juan sits there with this dopey, scrunched-up, confused look on his face. Then the DNC talking points start spewing out.
Juan should listen and learn from his son Raffi, who is a Republican.
Thank you for the link, and for the interesting info. I'm going to take Greta's husband's words with a grain of salt. He's a big shot in democRAT circles... I'm pretty sure he's run several 'RAT campaigns. Sounds a bit like typical FNC-bashing by yet another liberal to me.
Hmmm... I haven't seen Judge Jeanine on her show for a week or two. Hope she's not gone as well. She's one of the best on FNC.
Judge Jeanine Pirro, Kim Guilfoyle, Stuart Varney...
Yes! That would be fabulous. Monica Crowley, Harris Faulkner or Laura Ingraham would be a great replacement for Greta in that 7pm ET time slot as well.
Wow. I wish she would elaborate on that statement. I wonder specifically what she means?
Same here. I'm going to miss Franklin Graham's regular appearances on Greta's show. They were good together... and did a lot of good together in the world.
