(remember the city-wide corruption in that town?) Lara pulled out of an Assembly race against Villaraigosa’s cousin, Perez, and was rewarded by Villaraigosa with a cushy seat on the LA Planning Commission. So, when did Ricardo Lara become an authority on ranching? How many cows are in Mexico and Central America? Or Africa? or the Middle East? Why are only American cows subject to fart regulation? At least in America, you know your cows are eating uncontaminated food and drinking uncontaminated water. But when it comes to corrupt California politicians, America Last is the credo.
The California Beef Association ought to pass a rule preventing any member of the California legislature from eating beef or dairy.
Al Gore and his Gulf Stream 5 is right in there with those cows ,,, how about regulating him and all his bull shit .

EGADS! We have a state govt which is totally brainless. But, people should expect more stupidness .. seeing as how there are no Republicans with the gumption to take on the LEFT.
Geeeee .. I see that same issue in the Federal Govt too .. so there’s nothing new .. the people we have elected are happy with the status quo .. they get their perks - NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO; so they do nothing.
