or maybe spontaneous combustion
Take the television out of the room. Having it there is an endorsement of its content.
As an active member of The Gideons International, it offends me when someone or some group is offended by the presence of God’s Word. Time to pray. 1st Samuel 17:47 “...for the battle is the Lord’s...”
Matthew 10:33: “But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.”
Eternity is a long time, atheists - you might want to reconsider your position while there’s still time.
Everyone has the right to read, or not to, the Bible left in every hotel, motel, motor inn across America.
This CRAP about forceful removal of them by ANY organization through a littigious act, is CENSORSHIP, and attempting to be the NANNY.
I have seen the bible in places of lodging all across America, in all of my travels, from a young GI brat in the ‘60’s, to the days I lived in a motel until Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
The one fact that the idiots seeking to be the NANNY have conveniently overlooked, is that folks DIED, so other folks might HAVE A CHOICE OF WHAT TO BELIEVE.
It’s called FREEDOM.
He invokes the atheist organization's lack of logic for wanting to remove the Bibles.
Hey Todd......these people want Christianity destroyed and Christians DEAD.
They're not illogical. They know EXACTLY what they're doing.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation is trying to lead the world into chaos, whether they know it or not, whether you know it or not.
“...the presence of the Bible in the room amounts to proselytizing.”
So WHAT?
Why do they care if someone converts to follow any religion? It is none of their business. Unless they are truly inspired by Satan.
I’m also an active member of Gideons International. When serving as a Gideon I have never said one word to the God haters that verbally assault me on a Bible distribution. On my time, the opposition gets a quick lesson of righteous anger and the founding of this Republic and the importance of God given rights.
Providing Bibles to Inn guests sends the message that ASU endorses the religious texts, ...
And might not Christians be disturbed at the absence of signs of God’s lordship and fear spontaneous conversion to atheism?
The television shows shown in the inn rooms by and large are bent on eliminate God’s dominion and glory from our view. There are no pictures of the Lord of the universe and of all creation on the wall or crucifixes around reminding us of His ultimate sacrifice demonstrating the depths of His love. There are no declarations of thanksgiving written on the napkins.
By the absence of God’s glory in the there is a huge disparate proportion of atheism present in the hotels presently!
Do they ban religious tv channels as well?
Is it an inanimate object or The Living Word?
This is akin to being afraid of a gun sitting in a drawer. It doesn't do anything until you touch it.
They are antiChristian zealots.
Typical Atheists - “There is no God and I HATE Him.”
Why/how would simple exposure to something you know in your heart to be complete poppy-cock make you spontaneously believe in it?
I am surprised they don’t want churches to remove crosses that can be seen from the street. Or is that next?
New and improved with typos corrected:

The television shows available in the inn rooms by and large are bent on ELIMINATING Gods dominion and glory from our view. By the absence of Gods glory in the inns there is thus a huge disparate proportion of a pitch for atheism present in the hotels presently!
uhh....that’s kinda the point
