Since October 2012 we’ve noticed the reoccurring question of whether or not Secretary Hillary Clinton had a stroke. You might remember the evolving media reports at the end of October, beginning of November 2012.

First Secretary Clinton had a cold, that version later became a flu, that version later became a slip and fall, that version became a “concussion”, and that version finally evolved into “blood clots”, etc.

That series of medical conditions was followed by numerous reports a year later, during her book tour, that people were noting her difficulty with her eyesight, using her right arm, and seeming to tremble or be unstable when standing.

Many people wondered if the 2012 medical incident was actually “a stroke”.

General Discussion

Binswanger disease is a progressive neurological disorder caused by arteriosclerosis and thromboembolism affecting the blood vessels that supply the white-matter and deep structures of the brain (basal ganglia and thalamus). Most patients experience progressive loss of memory and intellectual abilities (dementia), urinary urgency or incontinence, and an abnormally slow, shuffling, unsteady pattern of walking, usually over a 5-10 year period. Due to their vascular etiology, the symptoms and physical findings associated with Binswanger disease may suddenly worsen due to stroke, stabilize and then improve for a brief time, but the patient's overall condition continues to progress as the blood vessels become increasingly obstructed.

Signs & Symptoms

Affected individuals often become depressed, uncaring (apathetic), inactive, and unable to act or make decisions (abulic). They become withdrawn, and exhibit poor judgement and less spontaneous communication. In addition, affected individuals may have difficulty with speech (dysarthria), swallowing (dysphagia), and urinary bladder control (incontinence). Some patients exhibit abnormalities that are similar to those seen in Parkinson disease, such as slowness, poor balance and short, shuffling steps (parkinsonism).

Many individuals with Binswanger disease have a history of strokes or transient ischemic attacks. Consequently, the symptoms and signs of this disease develop in a stuttering or stepwise fashion, in contrast to the insidious, gradually progressive course of neurodegenerative diseases (see Related Disorders).

Does anyone know of a VIDEO of that walk?

It looks like she is having a mild stroke here. With her blank washed out expression, and the extreme concern expressed by the SS guy on her right, and by her neurologist Dr. Okunola on her left (who is MUCH taller than her), bending down to her level, trying to talk her thru that seizure. Her right arm looks to be convulsing too.

IF this medical report (below) is correct, Hillary is suffering from complications that WORSENED in 2014.
DIAGNOSES: Complex Partial Seizures, Subcortical Vascular Dementia

...following a concussion in early December 2012. She states the blacking out, uncontrollable twitching, and memory loss have become worse over the last few months. Patient has been diagnosed with having Complex Partial Seizures in early 2013 and was diagnosed with having early-onset Subcortical Vascular Dementia in mid 2013.

Patient shows signs of advancing Subcortical Vascular Dementia after a MMSE was performed. Thee patient scored significantly lower on today's test than when tested in 2013. The patient is also showing signs of having more frequent Complex Partial Seizures.

This might seem like a stupid question but as a great man whose name I can't remember once said "the only stupid question, is the one you don't ask", so having said that:

WHERE did this documentation from Dr. Lisa R. Bardack come from? I cannot believe that any medical doctor would deliberately release this data without authorization, and I find it hard to believe that the Queen 'RAT would do so.

Were the records stolen, hacked, and if so, by whom?
