It seems very clear that there is more than one shooter. They keep showing the video outside the mall of the terrorist with a handgun. It looks very clear that the people he shoots are fleeing the mall in panic. Likely because they were running from another shooter inside.

Again from Der Spiegel: A ninth body (male) has been found in a green area on the roof of the parking garage. He was wearing a red back-pack. It could be one of the shooters. Since there is a risk that the backpack contains explosives the body will be investigated using a robot.

Therefore very unlikely the person has been identified yet.
