FWIW...MSNBC reports Erdogan plane refused landing rights in Turkey. Headed for Germany. Re-routing for Cologne, no doubt. /sarc>
Question. Will he be given a housing voucher by Merkel, or re-settled in Idaho Falls (Chobani Yogurt) by the administration?

Per Sky News: Ergodan urges people to “take to the streets.” Doesn’t look good for Ergodan.

“I am a bit concerned about how this both impacts our forces in Turkey, and our being in NATO with the Turks.”
I was stationed in Turkey during the 1971 coup. We were confined to base, but we were under no threat.

Good Lord, he knew where he’d be welcome - Merkel’s government.
The west is overwhelmed by Islamophiles.

I thought the whole country was secular before Edrogen who established Islam as controling religion
to call it non-secular is to call it Islam and that is seemingly not true

Situation Room is full of juveniles now trying to find Turkey on a map!
Sounds like Ben Rhodes is still on top of things!
Trump oughta shove this one right up Hillary's lying Keester. ("This is why character matters.")

Erdogan is not likely to go away quietly. It will be interesting to see what forces he can muster and soon.
Don't worry, I'm sure his buddy Obama has his back .... oh, wait...

Erdogan calls in station on Face Time, might go to Germany
To: Yaelle
He hasn’t given them much time to vet him.
He might have to sit on the tarmac at the Frankfurt airport a while.

That’s called Desperation.
It’s over for him.
Done.
Now, he will seek support from his NATO allies.
This is where the rubber will hit the road.
