I think he was stationed in Saudis Arabia twice. Being in Saudi Arabia does not equate to being a Muslim. If that was so then a lot of service men & oil workers would be automatic Muslims too!

The current constitution impaired the ability of the military to carry out its historic duty of safeguarding a secular state. Hopefully the new one would revert back to the previous versions.
