Over the weekend, The Daily Wire had the opportunity to speak with Kendal Unruh, a member of the Colorado Republican delegation to the Republican National Convention. Unruh is also a member of the Rules Committee at the RNC, and a leading advocate for a vote that would unbind the delegates from the candidates to which their state primaries are pledged.
Unruh explained that "28 committee members are required to pass a minority report, which then goes to the convention floor for all delegates to vote on. It then requires a simple majority to pass." She added that she does "have the 28 votes required for the minority report," continuing, "Not everyone who is with us is willing to be public yet, due in part to the threats being made by Trump's campaign and the RNC itself."

Yes, as far as delegates Cruz has more than his own numbers, but plenty of TRUMP delegates are Cruzers.
This would be why the Rule must stay in place for reaching 1237, and the First Ballot Rule.

Either, there is no excuse for even having delegates or a delegate system, or else there is no reason to have a primary election.
State elections adhere to the national party rules. The state secretary receives the votes, the state party proportions the delegates based on the popular vote.
The National Rep. Party is, however, a private party. It is something that one *joins*, by virtue of his/her ballot choice, on primary day. After the primary, the Party Rules apply, nationally.
The Rules Committee are elected by its *members*, just like at the Country Club. They do not appear at this point to be subjected to the state rules, because they are a private national organization.
After all, even the Founders produced this safe guard of delegates, because they had no desire for the pitchfork crowd to overtake the ideals they had set forth at the expense of their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor.
However, the safe guard of delegates is upside down. Now, the Globalist Congress is the pitchfork crowd and we the people are the patriots.
We do have a dilemma on our hands.

TRUMP said that Planned Parenthood should be the same as any other community clinic. He said he was all *for* Planned Parenthood in their OTHER services for health care and physicals, that it was good work, and those services should be supported in the same way as a community clinic.
This was *AFTER* he expressed his natural outrage at the news PP was actually selling baby parts!
I heard Cruz lambast TRUMP’s remarks, for the rubes, by leaving out exactly what TRUMP had said. I nearly blew a gasket!
Cruz was the classic snake on that attack against TRUMP, and many, many other TRUMP remarks, lying like a snake, by cleverly omitting the entire context of what was always actually said.
Just sayin’ that I can’t help it if the same tired old meme that TRUMP is not “conservative” has always been tripe and a false flag, commonly known as a bold faced lie.
If labels are important, there is nothing wrong with being a populist, either. There is nothing wrong with being a nationalist. In this age of collapse, they both spell *patriotism”, in these circumstances.
