Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke, Jr., reacted to the shootings of police officers in Dallas, calling resident Obama the “Cop-Hater-in-Chief” and strongly criticized the resident’s comments on polarizing incidents between police officers and minorities.

David A. Clarke Jr., a Democrat, was elected to a 4-year term as the sheriff of Milwaukee County in 2002, and was re-elected in 2006, 2010 and 2014. In those elections he won, respectively, with 74%, 78%, 74%, and 79% of the vote. In April 2016 he was named Law Enforcement Leader of the Year by the Federal Law Enforcement Officer Association Foundation.

If Obama assigned any blame in the Milwaukee incident which was videoed by the female occupant, then Obama is totally 100% in the wrong. The shooting is still under investigation and there was no audio/video of the actual verbal exchange prior to the shooting or of the shooting.
He has guessed, just like you are guessing that it was good.

I follow Sheriff Clark on my twitter feed, this man is smart, and he is good...he would make a great V.P. for Trump...he might not know the workings of the House or the Senate, but he sure knows how to run people...

It doesn’t matter to Obama, he has an agenda to push. “These are not isolated incidents. They are symptomatic of a broader set of racial disparities that exist in our criminal justice system” said Obama.
I really believe Sheriff Clarke is one of the few remaining dinosaur conservative Dems.
Obama frames it not as a “good” or “bad” shoot, but as one driven by racism. There is no evidence whatsoever of that.
No I want to keep him as my sheriff. All the other guys who run want to take my gun rights away.
Sometimes its good tobe right where you are, when you know you are doing the most good you can without being limited by outside influences and being able to run something the way you want.
Confusing symptom with disease. Whites and blacks can’t be at parity because the blacks hate the whites’ guts (and some of the opposite). Peace, not war, is the recipe for equality.
I don't know if there's any other answer when people demand to have no consequences for uncivilized behavior.
