During testimony before Congress on Thursday, FBI Director James Comey stated that the FBI’s interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not under oath or recorded, but it still would be a crime to lie to the FBI.
Comey stated that he did not personally interview Clinton, and did not talk to all of the “five or six” who did interview Clinton.
He was then asked, “did she testify or talk to them under oath?” Comey answered, “No.” But added that “it’s still a crime to lie to us.”
When asked if there was a transcript of the interview, Comey stated that there wasn’t one because the interview wasn’t recorded, but there was an analysis of Clinton’s interview.

You are correct about GOWDY firing holes into Comey’s excuse for “intent”.
Also, one questioner asked for the record of the FBI interview, on the subject of Hillary lying to Congress, asking if she recanted those lies during the “interview”.
And the FBI said “yes, Hillary and where can we kiss your butt while we're at it?
And she told them and they kissed her butt the rest of the day...
To make Hillary even happier the FBI didn't record the interview or ask her any embarrassing questions. Hillary was treated like a queen.
She was so pleased she slapped the agents around for a while. They loved her for it. She told them to never look at her when she was talking and to keep their eyes facing toward the ground. Most of them 'came' at that moment and again begged to kiss her butt.

Its becoming clear to me that Hillary will be the next president because America has fallen under God’s judgement. Horrific times are coming.
In other words to the effect, there was never any real interview or completion to the investigation. They must re-question her, for the record.
This is exactly what I was thinking. The fix must have been in all the way before they interviewed her. No other explanation for this.
Does anyone need any other evidence that the fix is in?
Comey will go out and investigate if she lied to congress. They will have all the evidence and the transcripts and videos but he will not recommend an indictment because she did not intend to lie, because she always lies. That’s just a given.
If it wasn’t recorded then how could the FBI ever have documented any charges against her? This whole “investigation” was a farce from the very beginning.
