During testimony before Congress on Thursday, FBI Director James Comey stated that the FBIs interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not under oath or recorded, but it still would be a crime to lie to the FBI.
Comey stated that he did not personally interview Clinton, and did not talk to all of the five or six who did interview Clinton.
He was then asked, did she testify or talk to them under oath? Comey answered, No. But added that its still a crime to lie to us.
When asked if there was a transcript of the interview, Comey stated that there wasnt one because the interview wasnt recorded, but there was an analysis of Clintons interview.

Outrageous!
The FBI didn’t bother to video an interview of a target suspect in a months long investigation? That never happens. That shows right there the fix was in.
Every comment from the last few days, every moment spent even THINKING about this has been for NOTHING ! . !
It was just a Meet and Greet where Hillary supplied the Food and Drinks and charged it to the Government
Comey seems to think that the notion of “transparency” should mitigate what is otherwise a confounding decision on his part to not prosecute. Transparency is expected....not a virtue.
>Her interview wasn’t tape recorded? Why not? Does anyone think anyone else would be afforded that privilege? And, if Hillary was afforded a privilege that other people are not, then shouldn’t the interview be done again, with established procudures and different personnel?
The FBI as a rule doesn’t tape record interviews. This makes it much easier for them to make up items to lock up little people and let big fish like Hillary skate.
Gowdy did blow holes in Comey’s argument of Hillary’s lack of intent. That is on the record.
The level of corruption in government still runs deep.
This makes the FBI look like fools
And no one is going to jump ship
This also makes Hillary look bad to the average person who is not a diehard Democrat
No transcript? How would they prove she lied? If she can violate the law for four years and with evidence that she did up to her ear lobes and get a pass...
Mulder ... Scully .... come in to my office ....
Believe me ... it is no longer sci-fi entertainment ...
My impression is that they did the bare minimum to be able to honestly say they complied with the law.
It’s obvious they didn’t pursue details any more than they thought was necessary to protect themselves.
It seems almost as if they made sure they didn’t find irrefutable evidence that would have required them to act against Hillary and her aides/cohorts.
Even if it’s a crime, “no reasonable prosecutor” would indict the future queen.
It’s not about the facts, it’s about the person. Comey is saying the same thing as BLM. BLM is saying individual law enforcers DO decide unfairly based on the race of the individual while Comey is saying prosecutors SHOULD decide unequally based on class of the individual.
BLM should hate Comey for making the case that it’s acceptable to enforce laws unevenly. And everyone else should hate Comey for making the case that BLM has a valid concern with our legal system.
Herself is simply not sophisticated enough to know whether what Herself utters is a lie or the truth.
Maybe it is time to pull her security clearance. Lord knows, clearances have been suspended for much less.
Then, of course, Herself cannot be permitted to attend the White House briefings, should Herself still, against all good sense and logic, become the Democrat candidate for President.
“Out of the loop” is no way to go through life.
The Federal Bureau of Incompetence
Face it people the interview never happened. No video or transcript it never happened. What interview on Saturday?
The Emperor is naked.
I hope you don’t mean Hillary even Bill can’t take it.
Where are the stampeding herds of honorable men and women of the DOJ and FBI who we were assured would bail out if Hillary was not held responsible for her criminal actions?
