During testimony before Congress on Thursday, FBI Director James Comey stated that the FBI’s interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not under oath or recorded, but it still would be a crime to lie to the FBI.
Comey stated that he did not personally interview Clinton, and did not talk to all of the “five or six” who did interview Clinton.
He was then asked, “did she testify or talk to them under oath?” Comey answered, “No.” But added that “it’s still a crime to lie to us.”
When asked if there was a transcript of the interview, Comey stated that there wasn’t one because the interview wasn’t recorded, but there was an analysis of Clinton’s interview.

The FBI did not even investigate where they knew she was guilty and would need to be interrogated under oath - her intent to violate the Freedom Of Information Act and her perjury to congress under oath.

The way that Comey gives her a pass is she pled ignorant and stupid to technology... you know oh that email stuff is just too hard for me to understand I really didn’t know what anyone was sending me, I thought everyone at State was ok with it, everyone knew I was doing it, the granny defense... that’s why there is no transcript because the country would go batshit reading just how incompetent she is in her own words..... I agree that Congress should select a special prosecutor for her blatant lies even though state and the Rats are trying to give her cover for the Marked classified portion....
