Guiliani completely destroyed the intent lie on Hannity last night. He said nobody writes, I am going to conduct insider trading thips weekend. He said intent is proven by prosecutors showing the deceptive behavior of the perp after the fact to hide and destroy information they know incriminates them, and by obstructing and delaying investigators. He was brilliant in his concise clarity last night, for anybody who missed it.

What you don’t realize, being a paid shill operating from a training manual, it’s that normal people don’t respond like you do. Yours are Alinsky tactics - vicious, calculated and inhuman, designed to inflict harm. Gowdy addressed the intent element of one of the pertinent statutes but dropped the ball, perhaps intentionally for someone with his experience, with regard to the "gross negligence" aspect of the more important statute.
Comey was careful to not use the statutory phrase, "gross negligence" in his statement, but rather described Clinton's behavior as "extremely reckless".
That distinction, or lack of distinction and the relevant federal decisions is were the legal battle should have been, but Gowdy ducked.

All this committee did today was stir up more questions. I believe the objective was to put to bed the reason behind Comeys conclusion. We get hopeful then it just kinda blows away. Pfffffft.
