Why DIDN’T anyone ask him why he was not present at Hillary’s interview-— especially knowing that “criminal intent” was at the heart of why he would recommend that she not be indicted.
In Comey’s mind, he knew *from the beginning* of the investigation that that was *always* going to be the stickler that would stand in the way of a indictment recommendation by him to the DOJ.
it is clear, Comey is under the thumb of Hillary Clinton.
The FBI is like a private investigator or the police. They gather the data, the information and hand that to a prosecutor who decides on whether or not to convene an Grand Jury and press charges. Since when does the FBI prosecute?
This guy acts like an amateur. Somebody help us figure this out. Any attorney’s out there?

You brought back the memory of my Mom and I watching the Watergate hearings, throughout the summer of 1973.
My Mom was a great student of History and current events.
We had many a fine disussion that summer.
I stood up for Nixon, but she was for impeachment.

EXACTLY! I haven’t heard the entire hearing today, but that is the biggest shock to me. Comey didn’t interview Clinton himself on Saturday, and he seems to not know what went on during the interview.
This may be the most scandalous
and disgusting revelation that when the FBI conducted their interview with her they didn’t tape her audio or video. This is Outrageous! This indicates they already made up their minds and questioning her was a mere formality and posturing. Justice destroyed.
