I really doubt she gave any testimony last Sat. I think she was at FBI headquarters so they could give her the good news and she could give him a check.
Comey is really disgusting. He knows damn well Clinton is as guilty as hell but refuses to implicate her in any way, except to say she didn’t know how to identify classified material, the Sec of State can’t identify classified material and he expects somebody to believe him.
Mute the TV when any of these worthless democrats start praising him. If he had recommended prosecution they’d be raking his ass over the coals.

Congress is going to spend the money on itself one way or the other. When they are in hearings, they aren't making new laws.
The cost of hearings is baked in, it is part of the fixed cost. They spend the same amount of money whether the meeting room is full or empty.
