Not sure but I think he was saying that he has not compared her public statements with the FBI interviews.
That's what I heard.
It is a bombshell if he did.
He said he had not “parsed” he testimony.

Yes which brings into question what was really said, what decision had already been reached before the meeting. Sounds to me they never looked at what she said publicly vs under questioning
