Comey: has to prove person “knew” what they were doing was unlawful.... Comey has worked to “stop the criminalization of negligence”
Lummis — but the “intent” in this statute is to retain the docs at an unauthorized location
Comey: “should have known, must have known....” does not get you there
Lummis: gets Comey to admit that Hillary’s ATTORNEYS did not have requisite security clearances to handle those docs
But none of these people can drive the point home. Sheesh.
Blond haired lady making a good point about Intent, but Comey refuses to listen. Now she is wondering why Hill’s attorneys did not understand the concept of Intent when they destroyed her emails.

Bottom line: Comey may understand, as many of us do, that losing this election would be more devastating to Hillary Clinton than being indicted and the prospect of going to prison!
