Sorry, but Comey is supposed to uphold the law and apply it equally. It is all BS to credit him with being clever and helping the Reps. If the FBI had recommended an indictment, the Dems would have gone into panic mode. Bernie would be angling for the nomination and the party would have been split into the Biden and Bernie camps. The convention would be in turmoil.
