3.5 hours is not a long time for a case this complicated. But you also have to consider what the FBI focus might have been. The FBI already has enough evidence to either indict or not. Hillary is not going to confess to anything, during the interrogation. I do believe they wanted to get her on the record, so if they do indict she cannot claim they didn’t give her a chance to tell her side of the story.
No way in hell can Biden can pull together a 13 week till election post convention presidential campaign.

To get immunity, you have to proffer what evidence you have. So the IT guy had something valuable or they would not have given him immunity. You don’t get blanket immunity and then they ask you what you know. You have to tell them first.
Paul Ryan was a pushover. He and Mitt both blew their opportunities to score big points and they reeked of weakness. Trump has already demonstrated he can be a formidable, take no prisoners, debater. He would make old Joe look like the bumbling fool he is.

Clinton is not a witness she is the target. There can never be a reason to grant immunity of any kind to the target of an investigation.

I agree but that was not my point at all. Rather it was about the server guy having a lot of valuable knowledge about what files were on his system and who had access to them, among other things. This guy is the key to a lot of Hillary’s shenanigans.
I used to be a system manager and believe me, I had access to a lot of corporate information and other things. That’s why they paid me well. ;)
I’ve pointed out that if you are going to do a fake, whitewash investigation, you do NOT leak over the course of a year a hundred juicy tidbits that make it appear as if something serious is going on. If you do a fake investigation, you announce the start, and in 6 months, you come out and say “We found nothing.”

On a side note, in any decent army each and every person who loudly proclaims “She’ll skate, period. She’ll the next pres., period. She is God, period,” would be SHOT for such defeatist attitudes.

Yes, and that is my point. He knew and could verify lots of things which greatly accelerated the FBI’s work and gave them insights into who did what. I don’t think you can overstate his value to the investigation. And the FBI had a lot of leverage with this young man.

Something doesn’t add up. I am thinking that the word may actually be pretty bad for her regarding the FBI’s intentions. Maybe the Clintons found out that they are indeed in some trouble.
What if the word was that the FBI would at least recommend that Hillary and her gang of thieves lose their security clearances for 10 years. Not an indictment, but a punishment that would prohibit her from holding the office of the Presidency. What if the only option the Clintons had was to try to put Lynch in a box by way of public opinion.That would explain the leak and also what Drudge is saying about Kendall.
Something else caught my mind: Lynch is not known for her quick wit and joking style. When she was asked about the meeting with Bill, she came back with...”I should have asked Holder how to lock the door of the plane”....That was more of a shot back at Clinton than a friendly joke.
What if she really is pissed, which would tell you that he tried a desperate move with the meeting. I think Drudge is on to something here.

He also seemed to be the one who placed himself in legal danger by “losing” every single email with his name on it for years. Whether he did it or someone else did it, it put a bullseye on his back. You don’t lose years of emails unless something incriminating is in them; that’s why he agreed to co-operate.
