What? Are you serious? Are you claiming the FBI would tell a target of this investigation, which Clinton is most definitely that there will be no charges. In other words they have according to you granted her full immunity.
Where do you get this from? Clinton is not a sidelight in this investigation, she is the FOCUS. My guess is she has as in the past said as often as possible thT she cannot recall or has taken the fifth. But a “guarantee” of no prosecution is completely absurd and would already be headlines because it would have been leaked immediately.

No one is perfect. Come on....we’ve all done something stupid, embarrassing, regretful. It’s part of the human condition.....partying too much as a kid, an extra girl friend (or boyfriend), a picture smoking weed, a dwi.....we’ve all had moments shame. Plus, people in high office probably have more regrets that the average person because they are wired with a lot more ‘insecurity’, ‘ego’ and ‘arrogance’ than you or me.
And, when one holds power over the Clinton’s or Obama, they hire a team of people to find out your secrets. They then make clear what they are going to do with that information before you make decisions that could negatively effect their careers. How do you think they’ve been able to get Justice Robert’s to dance for them? They got something on him. My point: Comey is owned just like they all are. Do you really think they would let Comey be an FBI Director unless they had some dirt on him? No one gets into that club unless they are owned. I know it’s a cliche, but it is all rigged.
Hillary will not be indicted. Furthermore, once she’s cleared, she is going to demand an apology and the news media is going to mock those who want an indictment as lunatics and sexists. WE ARE DOOMED. The Dems are like the PRI in Mexico.
You underestimate the criminal nature of the Democrat party.

Question is, do we really want her indicted at this time? If Hilary is indicted, there is a high likelihood that the nomination will go to Sanders.
Sanders would be a much tougher opponent against Trump. And, for those that say America would never elect a Socialist, I offer exhibit A). Barrack Hussein Obama.
The Bubba tarmac maneuver is a godsend to our side. This gift will allow Trump to showcase Hillary as the embodiment of the rigged system that has real appeal to many independents and Sanders voters.
Then look for the leaks from inside the FBI showing she is guilty as hell and, their investigation was squashed from above. Along with a possible dump of her server files, perhaps including deleted emails from hackers, this all just reinforces her Crooked Hillary label.
Living ones, currently.
I do not want to risk her capture of the presidency.
Put out before the election is the best insurance against her winning in November.

Isn’t it sad that we could name the criminal defense attorney for a Presidential candidate.
The Clinton tactic is to plant the evidence against them in the media ahead of time-while Starr was investigating, before impeachment and so on.
The planting is done a lot on Friday’s and sometimes it goes over the top and is pulled back like the infamous testimony of Bayani Melvis, the White House steward who ‘cleaned up’ after Monica Lewinsky’s ‘meetings’ with Bill Clinton.
The Clinton lawyers do the leaking and blame it on the other side.
They attacked Ken Starr repeatedly over this but I still remember Tim Russert of NBC saying on the air that the leaks came from the Clinton lawyers.
Russert may have been a Democrat, but he was a lot more honest and had more integrity than other members of the MSM.
I am not worried about beating Sanders. People don’t realize how nutty Sanders is, yet. They will. I am more concerned about Biden.

Nothing has been leaked about the content of the interview. All we know is it lasted 3.5 hours and eight FBI agents were involved in the questioning. Kendall, Mills and other staff lawyers were also present. Somewhere I read a list of who all was there - maybe NY Slimes.
Someone I'm guessing from the Clinton staff (anonymous, of course) told CNN that based on the investigation so far, there's no indication she will be indicted. That's what Trump picked up and tweeted.
No Clinton apologists are slated to be on the talking head shows this morning. Bill Clinton has not been seen or heard from all week. Hillary was on MSNBC yesterday parroting the mantra, "I never sent or received any information marked classified."
The fact that Obama appointed Comey to head the FBI after Mueller left has always concerned me. When you look at the rest of his appointments the upstanding Comey doesn’t fit or does he?
Hard to see Biden getting nominated if she has to withdraw before the convention. The Bernie kiddies would truly riot.
But I do agree, a last minute Biden run would be trouble.
He’s still on retainers. He also represented Petraeus.
