I’ve pointed out that if you are going to do a fake, whitewash investigation, you do NOT leak over the course of a year a hundred juicy tidbits that make it appear as if something serious is going on. If you do a fake investigation, you announce the start, and in 6 months, you come out and say “We found nothing.”

On a side note, in any decent army each and every person who loudly proclaims “She’ll skate, period. She’ll the next pres., period. She is God, period,” would be SHOT for such defeatist attitudes.
Totally agree. The Free Republic has become INFESTED with defeatists and Debbie Downers who are constantly proclaiming "all is lost" and that the destruction of the United States is inevitable.
These people are cowards and defeatists - they ought to be ashamed of themselves and I would certainly never want to share a foxhole with them. I do not associate myself with losers.
I agree the timing coming right before the convention doesn’t look good for Hillary. Leaks of depositions in the Judicial Watch civil case may also have forced the hand of the FBI into a more uncomfortable position than Comey originally envisioned.

I’ve been thinking the exact same thing. They have fed Catherine Herridge of Fox solid information for the past 8 months. Very hard to square it all.
