American government is too corrupt to indict her.

Here we had Epstein's once-mistress and procurerer of underage girls as a guest at Chelsea's wedding. There is a photo of it somewhere with Bill in it.
Even the Queen of England got dragged in the muck. And some of it was true because Andy was friends with Epstein and had him as a guest at some royal events.
The president doesn’t need a security clearance. BO would certainly never have gotten one. The president gets to determine who does need one though.
That system was overhauled by—Bill Clinton. Quite an interesting bit of history actually.

It’s only misinformation if Cankles gets indicted, then the story is Cankles’ indictment, not Trump’s saying she wouldn’t.

Indeed. And your first conjecture is the most likely, namely too soon for events to have progressed far enough that a leak like that would be true.
However, there’s a third possibility: it’s simply a clever ploy to force the Obama administration to respond to his statement, and there’s no possible response that they might make to Trump’s claim that won’t make them look worse than the do now, since there’s basically only three possible responses:
1. No comment.
2. Not true.
3. True.
Either Cankles gets indicted, or she doesn’t.
If she doesn’t, Trump was right.
If she does, the story is Cankles getting indicted, not Trump saying she wouldn’t.
The guy is a genius.
I’m just reporting what CNN is spewing that’s all and Trump says she won’t be convicted or reprimanded either! So let’s see what goes down.:)

The source could be anyone. Until we know the connections of this source (FBI, DOJ, Clintons, WH) I take it with a grain of salt.
OH well Hillary is a terrible candidate—if we can’t beat her we have problems. Biden would be more of a challenge
I’m over it if Trump can’t tell when a CNN source is serious and newsworthy or not. We will see how he tweaks the “system is rigged” line if she is indicted.
