Sanders is itching for a convention fight
Politico ^ | July 1,2016 | DANIEL STRAUSS

If platform flash points aren't resolved, the Vermont senator says he'll take his battle to the floor of the Democratic convention.

While he admits that some gains are better than none at all, Sanders himself has already begun voicing his dissatisfaction. In an email to supporters on Thursday (titled "We're going to the convention") Sanders wrote that "we are going to take our political revolution into the halls of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia where we will fight to place a $15 minimum wage, opposition to TPP, and a ban on fracking directly into the Democratic Platform."

That email came one day after the campaign asked its supporters to sign a petition demanding language against TPP be included in the platform — a top Sanders priority.

"The most significant issue for us is the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The Clinton team has said there's absolutely no daylight between their position on TPP and ours," Sanders policy director Warren Gunnels said. "We want to make that clear in the Democratic Party platform. That the TPP should not receive a vote in the lame-duck session and beyond. We just sent out a petition to our supporters and the American people asking that they sign that petition in support of that amendment. That's what we're focused on right now. But I do want to emphasize that we won some very important victories."

Over the last week, Sanders allies and Clinton allies have traded barbs over whether the draft is truly a product of serious negotiating from both sides. Sanders drafting committee member Bill McKibben wrote an opinion piece for POLITICO arguing that the Clinton team "has been unwilling to commit to delivering specifics about fundamental change in America."

Another ban on God, as well?

LOL, go Bernie go! Trump's against it too! Think The Donald might just think of mentioning that to the millions of frustrated, enraged Berniebots Hillary wants to capture? I do!

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

I wish them well on this, because that is what the Uniparty has planned. A lame duck passage of TPP.

Bernie...Hillary Clinton is limping on all fronts. She cannot make one full week of a campaign schedule. The last three weeks she only campaigned on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to lightly attended rallies, at best!!! Then she disappears, doing no press confernces at all. Bernie...she is a felon and a guilty one at that. Hang in there Bernie the political world of the Democrat Party is about to change dramatically!!! And, with each passing day, thanks to your egomaniac, POTUS, Obama...the world gets an ISIS slaughter of innocents at the rate of one a day!!! Hillary Clinton is going nowhere but, into a political, acid cesspool forever!!!

Will Bernie receive a credential to enter the hall?

After losing the primary, Bernie is back to being an independant with no right to be part of the convention

I think Bernie will huff and puff and keep threatening to blow the Hillary-House down until the very last minute prior to the convention. Once Hillary is actually nominated, Bernie will walk out on stage, hand in hand with Hillary, both ‘smiling’ ear to ear, and swearing to BEAT DONALD TRUMP together!!” “Break Up to Make Up!! That’s all we do.

Bernie has probably already been promised certain ‘Goodie Bags’ of treats and favors if he plays ball a little bit longer. He has nothing to lose (except, perhaps his ability to keep breathing).

Bernie, what you need to do is call your faction of the ‘Rats the ‘Majority’ and call HRC’s faction the ‘Minority’. Maybe use another language. Perhaps Russian. Your guys can be the Bolsheviks and hers can be the Mensheviks. Looking forward to seeing y’all fight it out.
