FRANCE today told Britain to appoint a new prime minister within a few days and to immediately quit the EU by soon triggering Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty.
Speaking in Berlin following a meeting of the six founding member states of the EU, French foreign minister Jean-Marc Ayrault told the UK not to play a cat and mouse game following the historic Brexit vote.
He said: Of course a new prime minister must be appointed, that will probably require a few days but this is quite urgent.

Euro’s telling Brits what to do!!
No wonder the people of England stiffened their backbone and left the Euro zone
I don’t believe they can. They know of no other way to do things.
Yes, and no one can convince me that much of the market turmoil isn’t the losers trying to punish the winning Brexit. side. Wall Street is a one world government group
...Im still scratching my head in disbelief that the UK would have ever joined up with any group that would require them to surrender their sovereign authority...
We do it all the time when we elect a Democrat President or a Democrat Congress.
If I were Cameron (of course Cameron would never do this) I would start rounding up the Muslims (including the newly elected Mayor of London), put them in dingoes and set them adrift just past the middle of the channel to France. Then release a statement, that starting immediately Great Britain severs all connections to the EU, and tell the French to mind their own darn business.
“Im still scratching my head in disbelief that the UK would have ever joined up with any group that would require them to surrender their sovereign authority to . GEEEEEEEEZZZZZZ !!!”
Have we not done the same thing by meekly accepting the diktats of the WTO and the UN per Agenda 21?
UNexit!
The Chunnel is too useful to close, there a a million illegal jihadis to squeeze back through it first.
I'm sure they will appoint a Damien Thorne Muslim loving PM
The UK doesn’t need the EU as much as the EU needs the UK. The UK is part of commonwealth nations. These 53 nations include India, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, Pakistan. The Commonwealth predates the EU.
The UK’s economy was more advanced than any other EU nation. Leaving the EU doesn’t effect any trade with thier commonwealth partners.

You'd have to gut the dingo to fit even a small Muslim and then hope it floated.

Britain should pour concrete in the “Chunnel.” Let the damned muslims swim if they want to invade England!
“To be effective, the Exit should be completed with all deliberate speed.”
I agree. I don’t see what the problem is with a hasty exit. The people have expressed their desire...honor it.
Heck, England’s still on the pound, aren’t they? There isn’t even a need to print new money.
Funny, this is the equal of the Vichy France government telling England to give up. Furher Merkel now has no real opposition to Germany being the big dog on the Continent, west of Russia.
I’m not saying the trade deals being with countries in the EU. Maybe it’s time for the Brits to change their attitude about Russia. What about Argentina? etc
This is exactly why the Brits said," No Mas" to the EU!
We are about to see a Fourth Reich. It won't be any more like the Third Reich than the Third was like the First or Second, but Germany is the only big dog left, and like pop tarts with Beyoncé, all the rest of the Euro countries will have to bow down.
