Interesting what they are saying about Northern Ireland. Wow. Somewhat like Texas refusing membership in the UN?

They did - most counting stations will still be in the verification stage though (where the ballots are counted simply to know how many there are, rather than being analysed for what they show.) The idea is to have a total number of ballots very quickly to make it much harder for ballots to ‘appear’ or ‘disappear’ later on.

I predict that roughly half of the Brits are going to be disappointed with the result.
You can give me a Nostradamus medal right now.

The four nations of the United Kingdom retain their own individual sovereignty and have the recognised right to leave (well - whether that right exists for England is a bit confused because it couldn’t really leave without the whole thing completely collapsing in the way the other three can). This could be enough to trigger that.

All the commentary is about how awful it would be if the people voted to leave, about all the benefits to selling your soul to the devil.

Thanks! This is going to take awhile to sort itself out.

The result is a very close race, and they will vote to stay in the EU.
How can anybody seriously believe that government that has worked for this for decades will allow the rubes to vote it all away in an afternoon.
This is theater. It lets people think they have a voice, and also lets the government have room for everything else they want to do...ie, “the people clearly voted to stay in the EU”.

So if remain wins they have no hope of doing anything about the flood of Muslims without breaking some EU rule. Was nice knowing you Britain. About the only silver lining is that we’ll have their fall as an example as to what not to do here.

I simply don’t agree. I think that’s conspiracy theory in action, rather than reality.

No matter what the polling and voting, it will lose of course. This is theater, nothing more. Just watch...
Reminds me of shooting the star out at the carnival with the BB machine guns. “wow... you were so close! Better luck next time”.
