Oh my! yes! Wonderful! I always loved the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. It seemed so strange to find them in Michigan! We used to take the tour in those old Fifties Olds convertibles with the big ballon tires, and run up and down the climbing dunes. It’s still pretty much the same! A wonderful place!

Breathtakingly so! We hiked part-way up the mountain. I’m not sure if I could do that again. LOL! But the view...just...wow!

We had a wicked storm roll through,
but thankfully for us it wasn't bad.
There was damage in several areas.
Tree limbs blown on top of vehicles driving on highway
(made a mess of rush hour);
tree falls on house and causes fire;
a tornado (claims not confirmed) damages homes
no deaths reported.

You Should Spend Your Summer at the Beach

You're a free spirit who is always thinking of new ways to have fun.
And you don't just love summer... you live for it.
So, you really should blow off your responsibilities and head to the beach!

and am having coffee with daughter-in-law
early before she starts her day.

I hate summer and the ocean has tried to kill me enough times.

I suggest Jenny lake in the Grand Tetons
