If you havent been keeping up with the gun control debate following the Orlando terrorist attack, many democratic senators are conducting a filibuster of sorts to demand banning certain types of weapons. Illinois senator, Dick Durbin, apparently couldnt resist speaking on the topic either.
Ironically, every word that left Dick Durbins mouth made him look like a complete jackass. He claimed that no self-respecting sportsman in his home state of Illinois would ever use an AR-47 to hunt deer.
Senator Durbin is actually correct for two major reasons.
First of all, theres no such thing as an AR-47. Theres an AR-15. Theres an AK-47. But nope, no AR-47s. So clearly nobody could ever use a rifle to hunt deer that doesnt even exist. Sorry Dick.

This fat f$ck makes me want to puke..
Dick, when I want your opinion about what I will use for hunting, I’ll beat it out of you. Since I don’t believe in initiating physical force, shut up.
Thank you!
I feel safe now :)
One pull of the trigger and reality ceases to exist.
I could have sworn that gun went off when Obama was elected.
I would love to have an AR-47, an AR platform that is chambered in 7.62x39. Best of both worlds.
The rail attachment on my AR houses my bug-out vehicle. This is the perfect gift for father’s day!
Correct but a .30-30 is just as good. Why carry the extra weight when you can carry a lighter lever gun hunting?
You can’t hunt deer with any center fire rifle in Illinois. It’s shotgun, muzzle loader, and archery only.

I prefer hunting deer with a Bowie knife.
I have yet to bag one, though.
That’s when it started to really suck. Samsara on steroids!
Deep sea fishing tackle is the way to go.
There’s nothing like the feel of a 300 lb. buck
stripping line off the reel at 35 mph.
