Several GOP delegates working to block Trump's nomination: report
The Hill ^ | June 17, 2016 | Ben Kamisar

At least 30 delegates are mounting a longshot attempt to deny Donald Trump the GOP presidential nomination on the convention floor, The Washington Post reported Friday.

The delegates hope to change party rules next month to take away delegates who are pledged to the presumptive nominee but who may not actually support him. The attempt comes on the heels of a tough stretch for Trump, who has seen his favorability plummet and any lead over Democrat Hillary Clinton evaporate over his attacks on a Hispanic federal judge, comments this week about banning Muslims and other controversies.

Disgusting. This is like Barry Goldwater all over again. Further, those polls are bogus - over sampled Democrats.

The person leading this effort IS a Cruz delegate, and was part of the Colorado coup.

Hoping to take their tactics national at this RNC.

Incorrect.
The leader of this movement is a Cruz delegate and is hoping to unbind some of the Trojan horse delegates elected in other states.

It is.

Trump is viewed as the greatest threat ever, by both parties.

Think about that.

Knowing the rules had nothing to do with what happened.

That is not true in many cases.

Many Trump delegates showed up at their state conventions only to be cheated out of being chosen.

Check the stories about TN, GA, and IN for a few examples.

The Trump supporters/voters will have to organize and make it loudly known to the DC Elites that it is We The People who they work for; not themselves, traitors that they are.

The rules, however, could not override the majority present.

Your scenario is quite correct, but the fact is that majorities in the room were not TRUMP supporters and they overwhelmingly elected Cruz supporters to serve as the TRUMP earned delegates, with the vote being by majority rule, *as per the state convention rules*.

Every delegate has to be nominated. Every delegate has to then be elected by their congressional delegation in the room. Period.

For example, I could not get anyone to nominate me, because their were 77 Cruz supporters in the room, and only 3 Trump supporters (and two of them skipped out before the National delegates were elected).

I had one Cruz supporter who said to me, “I might vote for you, Rita, but I can not nominate you. I have to work with these people.”

The dye was cast before arriving at the State Conventions.
People going were told to be sure and find out who the delegate candidates are, before you vote for them. Ask them who they will be voting for on the SECOND ballot, (so that true TRUMP supporters would be rejected).

Trump pulled the WaPo’s credentials to cover his events.

HOWEVER ... it’s the delegates, Ryan, and turncoat Republicans that you have to watch out for, more treacherous than the WaPo.

I just read that a number of major US Corporations will now not sponsor the GOP convention next month. JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, etc. Pulling my bank accounts out of WF next week, when I know who is and who is not puling their convention support.

If they do this, I’ll write in Trump. And then never vote for another Republican. Eff them.

“Corporations will now not sponsor the GOP convention”

Those corporations decided that last year.
Before Trump won the nomination or even looked likely to win it.
http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/283832-major-companies-pull-sponsorship-of-gop-convention#
“A source familiar with the convention’s fundraising told The Hill on Thursday that the companies had never planned on sponsoring the convention and that the Bloomberg report was based on information from a year ago.”

One man against the Machine. One man, not a politician, with NO political experience, sees the country he loves so much, 99% gone.

He’s already accomplished so much more than anyone in my lifetime, to expose for Americans what has been going on for longer than we can imagine.

I’m grateful for whatever he may accomplish in the future, for his country and his fellow Americans.

If these traitors harm him in any way, the wrath of millions of Americans will be upon them.

I know not what the future holds, only that God is in control. This does not mean good will prevail, as history has often shown in the past. It just means God’s thoughts and plans may not be what we imagine. We keep DJT in frequent prayer, for his protection, deliverance from evil, and for Godly guidance as he takes on a world of evildoers, and fights the good fight.
