Thank you, though in his case the issues never rose to a criminal or commitment level. But if they had, particularly commitment, they might not have made it to the system anyway.

Americans for years have fought in foreign armies. I hadn't read he actually trained with the Taliban, if so I'd think that would have been enough to arrest him.

...because the FBI is no longer allowed to gather evidence against any Muslim.
