Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump is responding to the PGA moving the 2017 World Golf Championship to Mexico instead of holding it at Trump Doral in Miami.

“They move the World Golf Championships from Miami to Mexico City,” Trump commented. “They moved the PGA Tour, moved the World Golf Championships from Miami, where they’re furious to Mexico City.”

“If I become your president, this stuff is all going to stop,” Trump added. He went on to criticize the U.S. economy for being taken advantage of by Mexico.

Eeehh, I dunno about trump levying specifically targeted punitive taxes; that smacks of the sort of libtard government-as-political-weapon BS we’ve LONG been pissed about. I’m thinkin’ IRS being used against right-wing orgs to silence them in the last election(s) — NOT interested in “our side” stooping to anything like that.

On the OTHER hand, though, the PGA certainly ought to expect that they will be treated as an offshore entity; I mean — if they’re IN Mexico, they need to BE a Mexican Corporation complete with ALL of the concomitant fiscal penalties, Mexican political issues, expectations of “protection money” to the cartels and other local greasy palms...you know: the works.

I am a 2016 Conservative - your economic ideas about not taxing free traitors is a failed mutation to true patriotic principals.

They should show them the burned out van and bodies of two guys from Australia who had the bright idea to cruise down there last year.

I predict a stellar field for the Sinaloa Zeta Open.

Can you imagine the sponsor signs for each hole?

Compliments of El Chapo

Compliments of The Sinaloa Cartel

Etc.

“If I become your president, this stuff is all going to stop,” Trump added.

The PGA is already international and has been for some time. In addition to one tournament already in Mexico, the 2015-16 PGA Tour included tournaments in Malaysia, Shanghai, the Bahamas, Scotland, Canada, and Brazil. Will President Trump end those as well?

I get your passion, but having “us” descend to acting in all the same despicable ways as “them” is a “failed mutation” if ever there were one.

I’m all for the freedom of self-determination; including as that notion applies to orgs like the PGA. I’m also for the freedom of having to endure the totality of ensuing consequences one’s self-determined choices; like moving an incorporated entity to Mexico, and those consequences should include complete disenfranchisement from ALL benefits of having been incorporated in the United States. One does NOT get to be reckoned “a U.S. Corporation” but headquartered in Hellholistan. They wanna move to Mexico; their incorporation goes with them, and they LOSE ALL benefits of being incorporated in the U.S. Period.

To the somewhat limited degree that I understand such matters, that seems likely to be a very stiff, and long-lasting penalty.

The players will have to all stay in a high security hotel, instead of Miami Beach or Palm Beach - sounds like a stupid move on the part of the pga.

I’m cheering for the amoebas.

LOL!

As a follow up to my last post to you, regarding those evil amoebas, any time you take a vacation to central America you are susceptible to contracting "Montezuma's Revenge" even tho you may drink only bottled water.

The reason being, all the fruits and vegetables are washed in local water which contains those evil amoebas that your stomach is not used to.

So on my family's vacations to Honduras, my BIL always carried a supply of a common antibiotic that he would give us just as soon as we started experiencing the gastronomic symptoms. Once we started taking it, it knocked those amoebas right out.

As a side note, cruise liner passengers are also susceptible to contracting stomach ailments and that's also due to bacteria that our stomachs are not immune to...........

I don’t know if anyone has mentioned it, but isn’t Mexico city like 6,000 feet above sea level? How are those geezers on the PGA tour gonna play? Seems like a lot of wheezin’ would be going on as they try to walk the course....

I do not know how I can express my absolute disgust with the PGA except by never watching another event. I enjoy watching the skills performed by these guys but this is too much.

‘they say” it has nothing to do with politics but it just happened to be against Trump’s golf course and going to Mexico. Bull Shit.

Don't be stupid, those are already established tournaments......but you knew that didn't you and you're just trying to be argumentative. Nice try!

He's responding to a PGA tour event being pulled from Miami and sent to Mexico simply because he is now the GOP nominee.......

But you know that too don't you? And you don't have a problem with THAT?

BBC World News had a story on the other day saying the government statistics cover up the reality of hundreds of kidnappings every week.

No joke.

The business elites run the governments of the world and Trump is an outsider so the big corporate sponsors do this to him with the golf tournament.

Let me see the PGA has no problem holding events at clubs some of which at best have token black or women or Jewish members BUT because TRump has spoken about excluding some immigrant GUESTS to this country they are removing an event to a country that Stops immigration from some countries, is complicit in drug and migrant smuggling. To the PGA I say GFY. By the way PGA since this is political posturing by a 503c organization better hope trump does not find his own Lois Lerner.

In Mexico, only criminals are allowed guns.

Law abiding golfers are at criminal’s mercy.

PGA made one bone headed decision. Big Business oligarchs are truly stupid folks.
