The FOIA lawyer threatened Hill’s lawyers to stop making speeches and coaching the witness, which is not allowed during a depo. Threatened to bring all the “not to answer” advisories to the Judge, and then it kind of stopped.
I have to agree. I couldn’t take any more answers beginning with the word “SO” - So, I’m sitting in a deposition. So, I’m being asked questions. So, I went to work at the White House. So, I AM AN IDIOT and I don’t expect anyone to put up with my nonsense!
I know the attorneys conducting the deposition have a certain procedure/routine to follow but for goodness sake, get to the point. It’s pretty much like trying to follow the questioning and answers in the OJ trial - questions didn’t always make sense and the witness’s answers made even less!
I’ll probably get back to trying to read this later but not this late in the day. Maybe if I start fresh another day?

SO - that’s where I hit the exit key!!!!!! If you’ve watched any or even some of the congressional hearings in the past 4-5 years, you’ll notice that all government witnesses began their answers with “SO”....SO very, very irritating - LOL!!!!

A couple of points that I may not be correct on:
Kendall is mentioned as Clinton’s attorney. I believe he is also employed by the clinton crime family foundation. Who is paying his fee? If she is represented by him PERSONALLY, why would the CCFF pay her legal bills since they are a tax exempt foundation. Sounds to me like another scam.
During the depo, the attorney’s representing the State Department kept objecting saying that an answer would violate attorney client privilege. Whose privilege, Hitlery’s. One can only assert a privilege in their own case, one cannot exercise someone else’s privilege.
Lastly, back to the attorney’s, one question about whom was Hitlery’s attorney was answered with that would be a privilege discussion. No it it not. Engaging an attorney is a business decision beyond the scope of privilege. This is in addition to my point in the above paragraph.
One observation I have, they are worried beyond belief about this, and this is not even the FBI case. Hitlery is toast and they are just shoveling sand against the tide.

Evidently they missed some or some were planted later. According to WAPO's big summary article about Foster, they found a Whitewater document in his office months later.
I have seen all these alluded to, and read about some more than others. But this video is like Clinton Scandals for Dummies. It's quite good, if accurate, and there were details I didn't read about before.
It just came up by chance bur I thought the film quality was way better than the usual and was presented in an interesting manner. Some things were omitted like where Hillary was that night. But another FReeper told me Hillary was with her parents in Little Rock.
Like I said, if the quotes are true, it is pretty damning. Especially Hubbel's parking lot comment re Foster, the two wounds, taking donated art treasures to the Clinton Library and more that Hillary allegedly took to Chappaqua. Also Clinton fired FBI chief Sessions the day before and he was to leave immediately and he went on tv that night knowing about Vince's death but acted like he didn't.
Worth watching if for no other reason than those better informed can debunk it.
